
Teen Nutrition Coaching
3 months of nutrition coaching for tweens and teens (ages 11-18)
Adolescence can be a challenging time for many, especially related to food and nutrition. With peer pressure, metabolic changes and daily stressors, many teens find healthy habits impossible. We work with teens (ages 11-18) to develop nutrition plans that work for their individualized needs. We address common nutrition concerns for teens including: healthy meal and snack planning, picky eating, sports performance, stress, energy, digestive health, growth/weight (underweight or overweight), relationship with food, and positive body image. Using a coaching approach, we work with your teen to help them discover healthy lifelong habits related to balanced nutrition and mindful eating.

Initial Consultation & Health Assessment
2 follow-up visits (In-Person or Telehealth)
Goal Setting
Customized Meal Plan (based on their preferences, goals, and likes/dislikes)
3 months free access to LivingPlateRx meal plans and recipes for the entire family
Teen Nutrition Program learning modules and resources
Weekly/Bi-Weekly virtual check-ins
Access to our own Healthie App to communicate, log, and learn.
After 3 months, graduate to optional On-Going Coaching ($96/visit)
